Pasolli was founded in 1964 in a workshop in via Zara in Bolzano, where the company prepared vegetable preserves in oil and vinegar.
The activity grew steadily both in sales volumes and in product range, so the sales network was widened in the Eigthies.
In the Nineties the company Pasolli moved to the actual siege in via Copernico, with a big warehouse and large offices. The size of the facilities allows an additional increase of the product portfolio that today consists of 1.500 items.
