Mozzarellando was founded in the beginning of the Eighties from a brilliant intuition of Mr. Caltabellotta.
The company began to establish itself in the market and to satisfy the requests of its customers. In 2004 the son Filippo took the reins of the company. With a managerial spirit, he renovated the business adapting the company to the more and more changing and fluid requests of the market. The growth of the number of customers and richness of the product portfolio was staggering.
